When people are ill they need prompt, appropriate medical care in a safe, caring, comfortable and confidential environment.
We will not discriminate on race, creed, age or gender. We expect that patients will use our services responsibly and will not abuse the service or our staff. However, if patients have a valid complaint we will listen and try to rectify in an open and honest environment. We will offer our patients a wide range of high quality services, which will be delivered by a team of skilled health care professionals."
